Welcome to FrenzHost ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a service or otherwise using any FrenzHost product, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to open an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at sign-up and keep it updated.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
FrenzHost provides shared hosting, WordPress hosting, email hosting, domain registration and related services as described on our website. Service features, resources and limits are described on the relevant product page and in your customer dashboard.
FrenzHost offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared and WordPress hosting plans. To request a refund, contact billing@frenzhost.online within 30 days of your initial purchase.
The following items are non-refundable: domain registrations and renewals, dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates purchased separately, migration fees, and any setup fees for custom plans.
Your use of FrenzHost services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if (a) you breach these Terms or the AUP; (b) your account is past due; (c) we receive a credible legal complaint about your content; (d) your usage threatens the stability or security of our infrastructure; or (e) we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after termination unless legally required to retain it.
FrenzHost targets 99.9% network uptime as measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure events and issues caused by you or third parties. Eligible service credits are described in our SLA documentation and are your sole remedy for downtime.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant FrenzHost a limited license to host, copy, transmit and display your content solely as required to provide the services. You are solely responsible for backups; while we maintain regular backups for our own operational purposes, you should not rely on them as your sole copy.
The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrenzHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FrenzHost in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrenzHost, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in your customer dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
