We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Support tickets are retained for up to 3 years. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal exceptions.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted backups, restricted access controls, regular security audits and staff training. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we may have collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through your customer dashboard. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.
